LIFE OF AN ORDER
1. Prepare Your Design
Follow our artwork guidelines to ensure maximum print quality. Art should be designed at final print size, and should be in vector (.ai or .eps) format, or 300dpi in a .psd or .tiff file.
2. Choose Your Garments
We offer hundreds of different types of garments from all the top brands in the apparel industry including Gildan, American Apparel, Next Level, Bella+Canvas, Alstyle and more.
3. Submit Order
Add your items to the cart. Be sure to upload your art on the checkout page! We will be in touch within 1 business day. If you can’t wait, give us a call.
4. Pay For Your Order
Submit your payment. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or check*. *Checks only accepted on approval and take 1-2 business days to clear. ** Cash and check for local orders only.
5. Production
After your payment is received, we will send a proof and order your garments. After proof approval, we begin production. Your order will be ready in about 10 business days.
6. Order Complete!
We will contact you when your order is complete. If you’re local, we offer free delivery. Otherwise, we ship anywhere in the U.S. via UPS or USPS.
Return Policy:
Because our items are custom made, once you have approved the proof we email you and production is started, all sales will be final.
